1. General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the booking and use of Stod Villas' services. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings made at Stod Villas require payment in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or mobile money. A booking is confirmed once payment is received.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the check-in date.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will be charged to the guest’s account.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for processing your booking. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law or for operational purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stod Villas is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during your stay. Guests are advised to take necessary precautions for their own safety and belongings.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda.

9. Changes to Terms

Stod Villas reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
